The funnest yet most difficult (kind of) part of the development. Creating a good villain..
I mainly concentrated on just getting an initial idea of what I wanted. Focusing on the lizards and dragons ect. as mentioned before.
I'm hoping my villain will look a little more 'intimidating' in the future. But I'm glad that I got the main ideas down onto paper before continuing. The villain doesn't exactly have a name, or any other information other than the few annotations mentioned in the drawing itself. When I do the next stages of concept I will be sure to make a similar page like I did with my main character.
Though for now I want to focus mainly on the design.
Either way, I think my characters are working out fantastically, once I get used to drawing them I want to start to create some concepts where I draw them in the environments I create.
